2016-2018

I first discovered henna tattoos when I was eight years old and wide-eyed at the County Festival Henna stand. For many years, I would wait in anticipation until I could return to my favorite henna booth in Estes Park. 
During my sophomore year of high school I began taking art classes. One day, my best friend, Nina, and I were cleaning the art room cabinets when we stumbled upon a henna kit. Our wonderful teacher, Mrs. Giese, said it was all ours. 
That is where my obsession began, and since then, I have practiced for hours and forced my friends to have bad art on their arms...
